Our Clients
Individual clients
Our work for individuals generally comes thorough referrals from solicitors. Through solicitors and insurers, individual clients instruct chambers in family matters, including ancillary relief; child care disputes; international child abduction; and the law relating to unmarried families as well as related family matters such as wills and trusts. Personal injury and clinical negligence also forms a significant part of chambers' work. Other matters dealt with for private individuals include property issues such as leases, disrepair and boundary disputes; leasehold enfranchisement, planning; and insolvency. Education for students and children at all stages is also a key work area within chambers. Where private individuals are involved we are especially aware of the need for excellent communications and clarity in the way we offer advice.
