What we are offering
We offer terminable twelve-month Pupillages commencing in October.
The package of 1st six award plus guaranteed 2nd six earnings can, for the right applicant, be structured to be the equivalent to a pre-tax salary of around £35,000.
The package comprises of an award of up to £22,000 over the 12 months and up to an additional £8,000 guaranteed earnings during the second six months.
That means we will top up your fee income each month in the first 5 months of your "second six" months to the equivalent of the guaranteed amount; later, when you are earning above that level, we will collect the excess until you have repaid our contribution to your guaranteed income - then the rest is yours.
